Charlotte Kong is developing a broad civil and criminal practice.

On the civil side, Charlotte has worked on a wide range of areas including construction law, personal injuries, family law, probate & trusts, shareholders disputes, company law & insolvency, contractual disputes, land law, employment & anti-discrimination and injunction applications.

On the criminal side, Charlotte has handled, as a fiat prosecutor or defence counsel, cases involving fraud, indecency, dangerous drugs, violence, industrial/construction safety and traffic offences.

She has also appeared in different levels of court, before disciplinary panels and regulatory bodies, such as the Medical Council’s Inquiry and the Housing Appeals Panel.

Charlotte accepts instructions in all areas of work including mediation.
