Cheng Huan QC SC Chambers is a leading set of barristers’ chambers specialising in the practice of criminal and civil law.

Chambers is led by head of chambers Mr Cheng Huan Q.C., S.C., himself widely acknowledged to be a distinguished advocate with many public duties.

Particular expertise in criminal law includes such matters as white collar crime, serious fraud, regulatory offences (e.g. Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)),  money laundering, and embraces all other fields of criminal law, including offences of drug trafficking, robbery, sexual offences etc. Additional expertise in civil law includes public law matters, defamation, and all aspects of commercial law, while each member of our Chambers has his own fields of specialisation.

With more than thirty active practitioners, including three Senior Counsel, we are able to provide skilled and experienced legal advice and legal representation in all courts from the magistrates’ court to the Court of Final Appeal and in quasi-criminal tribunals such as the Medical Council and in all forms of judicial inquiry (eg the Coroner’s Court).

We provide an excellent advocacy service that is practical, succinct, timely and cost-effective. Although each member of Chambers acts independently, we share and exchange experience and expertise.
