Tobias (Toby) Cheng regularly conducts a wide spectrum of criminal matters including 2019 social event and related cases; complex commercial crimes; money laundering; industrial summonses; Securities and Futures Commission matters; dangerous drugs offences; sexual offences; and road traffic offences. His practice includes trials as well as appellate work. Toby also prosecutes on fiat for the Department of Justice.
In addition to his criminal work, Toby also maintains a civil practice handling cases involving commercial disputes, land disputes, insurance and personal injuries. He has acted as party and as mediator in wide ranges of mediations.
Toby a bilingual advocate and is available to conduct cases in both Chinese and English.
