Anthony Chow is a practising barrister in Hong Kong at Cheng Huan Q.C. S.C.’s Chambers. He read law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor with Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Anthony holds degrees in MBA and BSc (Eng) and teaches as the part-time lecturer in law and engineering at the University of Hong Kong, Vocational Training Council and Hong Kong Productivity Council. He also acted as the law researcher in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Anthony is a professional engineer qualified as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) in United Kingdom and Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Hong Kong. He brings with him a wealth of 20 years of experience from various listed engineering companies in China and Hong Kong including Cable & Wireless (predecessor of PCCW). He last served as the General Manager of a listed Sino- Israel Joint-Venture in Hangzhou China with workforce of no less than 300.

Anthony also commits to pro bono and community services by acting as the mentor of the Moot Court Competition for Hong Kong Secondary School Students organized by the Education Bureau (HKSAR), Rotary Club and Vocational Training Council.
