執達吏收樓指南:業主需知與準備工作
在法庭頒布收樓令後,執達吏會安排時間上門執行。若租客拒絕開門,業主有責任安排合資格的鎖匠在場。
由於涉及法律程序,我們建議業主必須選擇具備「實時錄像存證」能力的服務商。這能有效防止租客事後指控財物失竊或損毀。
