Mr. Derek Hu was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2009. Since his admission to the Hong Kong Bar, he has experience in civil and criminal matters, both at trial or appeals. Mr. Hu has also acted both as mediator and representing clients in mediation conferences and is a listed mediator of the Hong Kong Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Hu has given CPD lectures on personal injury cases and employees' compensation cases.
