Jason Chiu joined Cheng Huan S.C. Chambers in 2021 upon completion of pupillage with Mr. Hectar Pun S.C, Mr Paul Leung, Ms. Manyi Tsang, and Mr. Richard Yip. 

 

After Jason had graduated with First Class Honors in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), he completed Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Criminology and Criminal Justice with Merit, at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2019. In 2020, Jason has completed his PCLL qualification at the University of Hong Kong, accompanied with the PCEA Outstanding Performance Scholarship. 

 

Since joining the Bar, Jason has been maintaining a strong criminal practice in a broad spectrum of cases in different levels of courts in Hong Kong as a solo advocate and a junior counsel, including triad related offences, sexual offences, drugs related offences, fraud and dishonesty offences, immigration offences, road traffic offences etc.
